Baked Camembert with your favorite topping

A fantastic brunch idea or appetizer before dinner! There are so many ways to enjoy it, but this version is my favorite. I like following versions : with grapes and rosemary and balsamico, with grapes and figs and honey or with nuts and cranberry sauce! You should definitely try them all out :)

Method :

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Remove the plastic packaging and arrange the Camembert back in its wooden box . We add it in the baking dish next to the favorite toppings (here - grapes, figs - washed, dried and cut in smaller pieces).
  3. Cut a deep crosshatch pattern on the top of the cheese.
  4. Insert the cut leaves of one branch of thyme and the sliced garlic cloves into the camembert holes.
  5. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil the cheese and the grapes.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, and serve it straight away whilst it is still hot and creamy.
  8. Goes perfectly with walnut-raisins bread.
